Private Boxing Studio

Welcome to Sandbox Fitness NYC, where we aim to build confidence and crush fat with high intensity boxing cardio workouts. Our licensed coaches, some former boxing professionals, have experience with training people of all body types and skill levels.

If you are looking for a new challenge or looking to finetune your amateur or professional skills, Sandbox is the place for you. Our goal is to teach the art of boxing and preserve the history of the sport. Skills pay the bills and we want you to train like a champion!

We offer the finest boxing programs for adults and youth training. Here you train alongside boxing professionals to achieve your goals. Any level is welcome to train, amateurs, or professional boxers. Let’s work together!

Strength and Conditioning

We provide training that boosts your metabolism, and aidsin calorie burning and weight loss/management. Let’s get working on our dream physique together!

Personal Training

We offer 1:1 personal training with professionals that have worked with all body types and fitness levels. Here you feel comfortable connecting with and working alongside your trainer to achieve your fitness goals!

Classes

We offer adult and youth, training classes. Here you can work alongside a supporting group of persons and professionals to motivate you along your journey. We also can create smaller, specialized sessions to cater to an induvial group needs.
